Wine Storage Refrigerator

A week ago, I organized a meeting and I bought too much wine. Since then I have been chilling a prosecco (sparkling) in the refrigerator that I do not see myself drinking until perhaps the next meeting. I need to understand how the store for months until I'm ready to drink.

If I get out of the refrigerator and let stand for cooling to room temperature, then cooling it again the day I want to drink it will ruin all the temperature changes?

There is absolutely no problem with this as long as you do not allow it to heat up more than 65 degrees between here and there.

But why wait so long to enjoy it? Prosecco goes well with pasta, Indian food, Thai food, spicy food, and even a brunch. Me thinks you should order a Palak Paneer and Garlic Naan and pop bubbles!

It's not ideal to do, but it will not be lost. Just trying to make sure that when you put it is not hot. Keep it in the 50 or 60, if possible.
