Wine Futures

My friend is getting married this year and I might like to buy 3 bottles of wine as a great gift-1 to open their 5 years. Anniversary, 1 for 10 and 1 for their 15th or 20th. The problem is that I know nothing about wine. Choosing wines to open at future dates? Do wines have a specific year when they are at their best?
Forgive my ignorance, I am not a wine drinker at all!

Economy: a good Napa Cab ($ 25-35), Spanish Garnacha, Monastrell Rioja
price: 2000 Barolo, 2000/01 on the left bank of Bordeaux.

10 years
Economic Napa Cab ($ 45-75), Rhone Syrah 2001/03/04
price: 2001 Barolo or Barbaresco, Bordeaux 2003, 2003 Ribera del Duero

15/20 years
price: 2005 Bordeaux, 2005 Chateauneuf-du-Pape, 2000 Vintage Port, 2004 Napa Cab ($ 125-300), 2005 Red Burgundy

If I had to keep the wine for so long, I would say three Italian Super Tuscans. Since the first would not open for at least 5 years, I would buy the 2004 vintage.
My choice would be:
Antinori Solaia "
Antinori "Tignanello"
Marchesi Incisa della Rocchetta "Sassicaia"

Be prepared to pay an average of $ 100 hp. but the wine and the gift of these three is something that will always be valuable.
