You must be careful with names.

A wine chiller is used to keep wine cold for the loan service, well you can use any domestic refrigerator.

If you want to keep the wine as if it were a cave, you need a wine cabinet specialized as formulated by EuroCave http://www.eurocave.com or similar.

These conditions offer free vibration, temperature and humidity controlled for long-term aging of wine.
