Weekend Binge Drinking

For approximately 4.5 years, I was a fairly heavy drinker, especially binge drinking weekend / fun college. I fully understand the harm, but I also wanted to experience the fun. Anyway, now on the road, I continued to drink quite heavily, hoping soon to quit the habit. But I wondered how long it would take for permanent bodily harm to be done. In one night the weekend because I drink 10-12 cans of beer and the occasional weekday about 6-7 cans of beer (maybe once, twice a week, tops).
