Valerian Alcohol

Is it dangerous to take a sedative at times (valerian) and alcohol combined. I think I remember reading something about this but I cannot remember. I usually drink a few glasses at the weekend (either Friday night or Saturday night). .. Im really not sure please help!

Ive bought valerian if it can help treat my anxiety.

As with all sedative, natural or not, this is not a good idea to take along with alcohol because it combines the effect.

There is no specific drug interaction between alcohol and valerian.

Alcohol is a depressant, lifting his foot on it. It is not good to mix alcohol with another drug
