Tylenol And Drinking

I was cramping very bad this morning, so I took two tablets TYLENOL * Regular noon. I'm going out tonight and I am determined to drink. I probably would not start drinking until about 9. I have heard that Tylenol and alcohol can cause liver failure. 9 hours is enough of a window to the Tylenol out of my system?

Yes nine hours is good enough for acetaminophen to be metabolized. For conditions of severe liver to be caused by a combination of acetaminophen and alcohol you need to combine their use in high doses for weeks or months. But still your caution is wise. You'll be drinking tonight.
