How long before I see results, if the preparation and drinking protein shakes tone? How long will it take to see results in the legs, thighs and abdomen, if im at work 3-4 times a day, a healthy diet and drinking protein shakes?
My new diet consists of whole grain foods such as bars or nutrition-grained submarine whole wheat, salads, chicken, lean meat, vegetables and some protein shakes ...

Firstly, if you work 3-4 times a day you will not see results soon. An essential part of the preparation to rest! You must rest your muscles so they can repair themselves. If your muscles do not repair themselves so they can not do more reps later. You must search online or speak with a personal trainer on a workout routine. In short, your workout should be low weight and high officials. A good personal trainer can craft a workout to fit exactly what you want.
Secondly, I got the shakes protein intake, but the most important thing that you drink water. If you want to tone I trade in water for protein shakes (I never said that before studying for my personal training license) It seems that you are getting enough protein in your diet.
Finally, if you want to tone sure to do cardio cardio cardio! Hopefully you do not hate cardio as some people, but it's the best thing you can do in my opinion ... and it's free.
