Symptoms Of Binge DrinkingWhen obtaining disease binge drinking and smoking, how long it lasts and what are the effects?

For someone who has been binge drinking and social smoking cigarettes every Friday and Saturday night (5 or more drinks per Fri / Sat night) for about 4 years, which may be the effects?

I lived this lifestyle and I have been unwell for almost 3 months. I was passing by feelings of dizziness, boredom, drowsiness, lowsyness, fatigue, muscle weakness and anxiety. I feel like im high & "is not part of this world" ...

It also seems that you have a deficiency of vitamin B12. The symptoms of this vitamin deficiency is the inability to concentrate irritability, mood swings, dizziness, depression, chest pain, heart palpitations, head and hand sweating, headaches.
