What South Africa wine would you recommend? I'm having a bit of "appointment" next Saturday. All the guys are South Africa and they are all beer drinkers, but prefer wine. Some of Japies as too much wine! Should I go with Korean beer or try to impress with South African wine? They are all from the Korean countryside in Seoul and have not had wine in SA a long time. My choices are Johannisberg (8dollars), Nederburg Chardonnay ($ 12), Saint-Raphael (5dollar) and wine Douglas Greene ($ 18). What do you think?
I would say that the Nederburg Chardonnay! u do not want cheap wine that tastes Kuk and I can assure you that all Nederburg wine is good! HAV fun and not getting 2wasted =)
Pinotage (Zonnebloem is best)
It is red and fruity, but do not buy a cheap, or else it will be bitter.
But you go through options, I guess Nederburg.
(Remember to take two bottles back with you after you holiday in January, it isn't in January?)
Depends ... If they are the stuff they want Valies semisweet. Capies probably appreciate Chardonnay. Here in Taiwan KWV is also available (through rare). If you can find in Seoul that it will give you a quality option.
you can never go wrong with a good old Nederburg .....
Back in the days when I still studied ... it was cup or cooler dj ... but now that it's the worst thing on earth ... Do something .. Nederburg
Diemersdal Pinotage
Boekenhoutskloof Chocolate Block
All red wines. Wines.
Nederburg or KWV, chommie enjoy!
See if you can not find the Spier wine. A wine not very expensive but very nice. But all the other choices you are great! Get some biltong and Boerewors!
1 OOM Tass litre.sure everyone to get drunk quickly and you feel very kak the next day ...... im been sarcastic here, sorry.
here in Germany I can get hold of wine SA easily.they love it here.I still see many nederberg on the shelves, so my advice to you is to try the chardonnay.
