Signs Of Binge Drinking

People say that if a binge, you're an alcoholic, I beg to differ. If you only drink once a week on Saturday evening and decide to overeating (definiton is 5 drinks in one session) to get a good cooked for a party that would not make you less of an alcoholic than someone who has a "cold one" or two every day after work, but never cooked? Opinions Please.

There is no exact definition of what is an alcoholic. 99% of alcoholics are fully functional people who go to work and earn livings and raise little alcoholic future.

Example. changes in sleep patterns may be a sign of depression, but not everyone is asleep, including changing habits is depressed.

Most binge drinkers are only irresponsible teenagers on a Friday night, not alcoholics who feel dependent on alcohol.

I do not think that is who cares drinking any time and the amount you want your only an alcoholic if you think you are!
