Reverse Osmosis Drinking

Reverse Osmosis DrinkingWhat is the best water to drink? Reverse osmosis or distilled water? Are they both free fluoride?

I usually drink distilled water to steam, but recently I started to taste the plastic that leeches from the bottle. My only other alternative is the machine shop offering organic as reverse osmosis and water deonized. What is the purest, the best for you and are both free fluoride?

"Best" is a very relative term when it is ingested items, mainly because different people have different preferences and experiences (which explains why so many options exist).

Everything is pure water is good, but there are many minerals that you also need that usually comes from the water ... as fluoride. Fluoride is actually added to tap water, because most people do not have enough and it is necessary for the health of your teeth. If you drink pure water, you'll want to make sure you get enough of your trace elements, and you may need to use a fluoride mouth rinse and keep your teeth healthy.

Here's another option

the purest and the best is distilled water.none filters are 100% effective.waste of $ $ $ $

Fluoride is added to water so that we will not live long enough to collect Social Security. It is a deadly poison. Chlorine has the same effect on us as it does the bacteria, it is "intended" to kill. Never trust the government. They try to shorten our lives to balance the budget.

Sorry, I'm in a diatribe. I drink the natural spring water only. I tested for chemicals before I use a certain brand. I only drink water Zephyrhills spring.

Want to know what is best for me .. ? How sweet a˜º
I do not give a second thought.
All the water I take in reverse osmosis is my gut.
Good stuff as fluoride and other dissolved minerals and chemicals are used or become in. .. PE
For sure I will not dwell on anything from a simple as water.
I do be careful if it stinks or bad, but not in my city ..

I just said in answer to your other question, but your best bet is a reverse osmosis system, perhaps with some other stuff attached before (a dionizer and a carbon block filter).

When the water loses all its minerals, it becomes hungry and infiltrate other things (ie you can taste the plastic), so distilled water without added in. .. is actually bad for your health.

Neither water complely fluoride free, but I personally think RO is the best option available. (If you're paranoid, however, you can take advantage of activated alumina in water, then take it out, because this kind of things swallowed fluoride).

Two of them are free fluoride.
