Official Beer Pong Rules

My friends and I can not stop fighting the rules. Some people say bounces two cups. Some people say that if the ball rolls back to you, you get to pull it behind your back. I just want to get a list of rules offiicial.

If you use paddles to hit the ball into the cups, the name of the game is beer pong.
