Night Sweats Alcohol

and for the last year, I drank a lot .. never going 2 days without plaster .. You see, I've drunk one night about five nights, the nights last coupled've been waking up every hour or two with my forehead, just below my scalp with sweat beads visible ... not hot an i keep a fan of me .. what is happening here? I also think I have depression and alcoholism ... idk im not going without a doctor stupid .. After much heavy drinking and such .. I do not know who I am .. and always act towards different people and do not mean to look ... i dont ppls eyes be?? whats going on?

You are in a constant state of detoxification for the time, drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Admitting to alcoholism is the first step, find the nearest AA meeting, most community sites have the info, and you get there. One thing I learned by attending AA is to look for similarities, not differences. Good luck, please email me if you want, I have lots of experience itself against alcoholism.

Maybe you have your depression self medication with alcohol? Sounds like you have anxiety as well if you cannot look at people in the eye. when you stop drinking you get sweaty and shaking, it will pass.
