while in Italy there was a sparkling red wine and you can drink it after being in the fridge there Italians who knows the name of this wine please gratz miles

There are a number of sparkling red:
Lambrusco sparkling (although there are pink and white)
Brachetto di Acqui-how in a "style frizzante say" slightly sparkling
Sangue di Guida-of Oltrepo Pavese, frizzante.
Moscato Rosa can be fixed or frizzante
Freisa-how in a frizzante or spumante version

Most are done in a dry or sweet style. Sangue SI Guida is the darkest and driest of the bunch. Chances that you were one of those.
