Glowing Drinking Glasses

Glowing Drinking GlassesGet That Pregnancy Glow

You all know what I mean. The glow we all want when we are pregnant, but rarely, one of positive benefits for our skin during pregnancy.

It is not just an old wives tale. Some women (curse them) really get that glow. What is it from, you ask? When you are pregnant your body produces 50% more blood, the blood flowing through the more your body tends to brighten your face. Your body also produces more hormones that can lead you to create more oils which will leave your face brighter. Put these together and you have a halo of light. Not just for those of us who just finished with acne. Here are some tips that I wish I knew when I was pregnant to get that glow:

Drink plenty of water
Water is good for you, for both reasons, one of those on your skin. Drinking an unyielding amount of water hydrates your skin and create a new look for your face. You should drink in-between 8 and 10 glasses of water a day anyway - it's about two quarts. If pure water does tantalize your taste buds, try sparkling water or fruit juice pressing a little flavor.

Shimmer
The perfect complement for pregnant skin, shimmering glow that will certainly boost expected. Use the forehead, cheeks and eyelids.

Bronzer or Blush
Get a touch of sun anytime! Sheer, bronzing powder, silky light can provide a healthy glow all year round. Sweep on cheeks, nose and chin, were the sun naturally hits your face. Do not overdo it otherwise you'll look to have spent too much time in the tanning bed. Bronzer should enhance your natural beauty, not dominate your complexion.

To find the right shade of blush, choose a shade that matches the color of your cheeks when they are emptied after being exposed to cold weather or after physical activity. When using blush, it is important to apply it to the right side of your face. Blush is supposed to be applied to apples "cheeks. To find the apples of your cheeks, look in the mirror and smile. After stamping your brush or applicator with a bit of color use gentle, sweeping motions starting the center of your apple and go outwards towards the corner of the eye and temple.

Sunscreen
Make sure you put sunscreen on every morning before applying your makeup. Even during the winter months, the sun's harmful UV rays can dry out your skin, cause premature aging, broken cells and even cause cancer. Many face creams contain sunscreen, so apply it faithfully.

Moisten
Even if your skin becomes oilier during pregnancy, do not skip your daily moisturizer. It is important to keep your skin soft and hydrated. Try a good moisturizer, water-based to minimize oil and will not clog pores, but always keep your skin nourished.

Get enough sleep
The discomfort of the subsequent pregnancy may prevent you from sleeping a good night. To relax you and help you sleep, try to get a prenatal massage, or better yet, ask your partner to give you a back massage or foot massage Nice just before bedtime.

Foundation
If your skin is oily or simply burst switching to a foundation for oily skin with loose powder mineral makeup can help. Both properties have oil-blotting and will not irritate the skin with acne.
You can also use a matting under your makeup to absorb excess oil, or dab your face with blotting papers during the day to help remove excess oil.
