Pork Chops, 5 pieces
Gourmet powder ¼ c. tea
½ tsp teaspoon sugar
light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
dark soy sauce 1 tbsp soup
Cooking wine 1 teaspoon
1 small onion, finely chopped
Garlic, minced 1 soup
Sesame oil drops
solution of tapioca starch in 1 tablespoon water ¼ cup
High heat for wok. Add 2 tablespoons of oil until smoke starts to rise.
Put the garlic and onion and saute for one minute.
Add the pork chops in the wok and fry on both sides.
Set gourmet powder, sugar, soy sauce, wine, sesame oil and ½ cup water. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. When cooking, add the starch solution, bring to a boil and serve hot.
POLISH PYROGY
Everyone loves this dish. That one I could eat every day.
Dough
5 cups flour
2 cups hot water
1 tablespoon salt
4 tablespoons oil
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vinegar
Mix flour and salt.
Mix eggs, oil and water to make 2 cups.
Do the same in the flour mixture add the water.
Mix well and knead. (The more you knead the better)
Roll out the dough flat, thin and cut into 2-3 inches square
Put filling (below) in each edge of weld, and the flour used to pinch
seal closed.

1 large head cabbage

½ cup sour cream
Remove cabbage leaves. Cook in salted water for 5
Minutes, or until leaves are soft. Drain and let cool.
Add ground beef, cooked rice, and seasonings. Put a tablespoon
the mixture on each leaf. Roll and place each in a baking dish,
Pour undiluted tomato soup over them. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
or until tender.
Serves 6. Optional: Add sour cream 5 minutes before serving.

VEGAN
Cabbage, peas, tomato
1 cup dried split peas
1 cup tomato sauce, slightly diluted
1 medium tomato, peeled and finely chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp tsp pepper chipolata
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
8 large cabbage leaves
Water 1 ½ cups
Combine peas, tomato sauce, tomato, onion, garlic, pepper and oil in the pan. Bring to pressure, reduce heat to medium-low and cook 7 minutes. Lightly steam the cabbage leaves and drain. Place the split peas mixed in.
