This question may not be necessary, but not drink many cups of water helps you lose weight? T it help you maintain your weight, too? Because I should not drink hot tea every day.

I think it would help you maintain your weight, because it keeps you hydrated (not wanting to sodas or sports drinks) and also if you drink a glass of water before a meal, it will help you feel more complete and does not want to eat much.

I drink 3-4 liters of water per day. The cold is better, I love almost slush, because then your body has to heat, taking energy. And it is a free metabolism enhancer, which more than one year can reduce your weight 12-15 lbs. Is it not a good thing???? Second, you give your body the ability to remove toxins in your blood, more effectively and increase your metabolism this way too.
The tea is very good too, but you can not drink enough tea to make, and hot tea will not give you the advantages of having to expend energy to heat water at body temperature.
In fact, many teas may be good enough for you because of antioxidants that tend to have. But above a certain level, more is not better.
