1. Mini-trampoline jump

This exercise works the whole body and you do not need to do for 15-30 minutes as the right exercises at the gym (treadmill, elliptical, stairstepper). The best way to lose weight that it serves as a boost metabolism "by doing it for 2 minutes from time to time.
