Why drink more water you lose weight? I'm finding quite difficult to lose weight, but I read loads of drinking water can help. how?
I think it keeps you full so you eat less. So you lose weight.
Drink water before meals will help you not overeat.
Drink plenty of water will also reduce the amount of soft drinks and sugar you drink.

Yes if it is cold because your body has the energy to heat water:)
Water fills the stomach up so that your body thinks its full you eat less because of all the water in your belly lol
