Dangers Of Binge Drinking

I read somewhere that there are many reports of heavy drinking college. There was a guy who was a freshman, he died of alcohol poisoning.

Is there something that can help students understand the dangers of alcohol. I know there are the usual things people try to praise but obviously, they are stilling binging.

I'm in college, and I personally chose not to drink at all. Campus authorities have little power, since students are legal to drink. I guess that through education of the consequences is most institutions can do, but it is the decision of individuals, if they want to get drunk to death.
