What do you think are some solutions to binge drinking on college campuses? Lower consumption at the age of 18 or 17 even. Although it may seem at first sight cons-intuitive, children usually go to school without supervision and drink for the first time when they are away at college. When they learned to drink at home and learned moderation, they are less likely to abuse alcohol when they were in college.
Deportation to the first instance.

the only solution would be to increase the age to 31 to buy alcohol then perhaps you can be sure to drink and even then whos to say 31 is grown !!!!!!!!!!!
Nothing will happen and Alsos always the same.
