Binge Drinking HelpExcessive consumption of alcohol?

Binge drinking i for 7 years now and its starting to ruin my life, I lost my job and my man do you think I need to ask for help? I do not think im an alcoholic

I am a recovering alcoholic.I have not drunk since 1995.
There is a clear difference between "binge" drinking and binge drinking alcoholism.If you, as you say, but only on weekends, yes, it's certainly not good for you, and your actions affect your life but this is not necessarily alcoholism.If you drink every day, or deny, and if you can not sleep without drinking, and you're on board, and irritable when you're sober, that yes, you you can be a alcoholic.Alcoholism is like heroin, in that if you're addicted to alcohol, one drink is all it takes to be back on it considerably, like a clap of fire is Heroin.If cannot stop you after a few drinks, seek help.AA is an excellent organization, with luck support.Good great.

and if u do not think uu had a problem would not come here to ask for your 1st place is the best 1st step to get professional help AA (no breakdown service cars) or go see your doctor good luck to get it sorted b4 its 2 late x

I do not like the label alcoholic, but you certainly should get help before it goes any further. You are worried or you would not be here. I lost a brother Thanks to alcohol and it is such a waste. Promise me you get help and put you on the road to a happier life.

you seem to be, your life is affected as they see people AA, perhaps a minister or doctor.figure why you go on a binge

Avoid porn on TV, Internet
Having good friends
Do not overeat or eat late and do not drink water within 2 hours before going to bed.

There is no clear distinction between what is and is not an alcoholic - When do you become "an alcoholic", it is when you drink every day? Is it when you drink more than a certain amount? Is it when drinking causes problems in your life? The fact is that if something is ruining your life then you should probably question why you do. Drinking can be good - it can be fun and sociable, but if it has a negative impact on your life, you probably should consider reducing or stopping until he does not have only negative effects. If you can not do this on your own then you should ask for help.

You are an alcoholic. There are no two ways about it. I was in the same situation as you. I left 18 months ago. Been to hell a couple of times and return from anxiety and panic attacks. But I do not regret it today. Feeling much better

Obviously, you think you have a problem with alcohol, as you post here. Excessive consumption of alcohol is a problem and it is very harmful for the body.
