Beta Blockers And Alcohol

I started at 10 mg propranolol 3 times a day in October of social anxiety, and more recently (after seeing the doctor) reduced to one per day, sometimes I go 3 / 4 days without .. Is it safe to drink alcohol when I did not take, and how long would I not take everything so that it is safe to drink? : S thanks x

As I just found on the web, the biggest problem with propranolol and alocohol is that alcohol can keep propranolol to be absorbed.
