What about units for the beer? Loan them to a resonable price. Include the other relavant in you selection as ice, coke, spirits, wine or drinking salty snacks. How about ordering online?

I would also try to focus on premium products such as beer. People who order from you probably do not see price as a problem. And maybe you could include some "testers" for new products, so your customers keep coming back.

Start with your friends. word of mouth. perhaps put up a flyer or something in the liquor stores with a tear off that people can enter the number.

On a side note, be careful to ensure that you deliver to people age. I can see the cops being real ******* About this kind of business.
