For many mid-life dad, the beer belly is almost a badge of office. A lifestyle pressures, long hours of work, stay in business travel these and other factors all contribute. Too often, the beer belly is the most obvious manifestation of deeper problems outside, including unhealthy levels of stress, and loss of motivation and passion that affect business relationships and income .

But how the beer belly at mid-life affect your drive, passion, income level and ability to handle the pressure? This is not the beer belly who is at fault - it's just a symptom. But if you prefer not to live with this unsightly symptoms and want to revive your drive, passion and income too, here are some simple steps and practices to work on the underlying causes and achieve results - quickly!

1. It is easy to eat a healthy balanced diet as a matter of routine when you know it and can fit into a lifestyle difficult.
