Beer Filter

I think .5 micron filter house beer brewed in order to eliminate any possibility of yeast activity are broken bottles so I can keep more bottles.

Would sterile filter to .5 micron work for that?

If you want your beer to soft drinks, you can not filter all the yeast. This is of course assuming you are bottle conditioning beer for gasification.

All the activity of the yeast will stop when the power supply is gone. Presumably you are not bottling beer until your fermentation has ceased. It has stopped because the yeast has converted all the fermentable sugars into alcohol. You will then probably add priming sugar before bottling. The yeast eat the sugar again, turning it into more alcohol and carbon dioxide, and all the yeast activity will end when all the sugar is converted. You will have a stable product after baking and will not cause bottles to explode.

Just be sure to store it in a relatively cool, and of course SANITIZE SANITIZE SANITIZE before bottling to avoid contamination that may cause bursting. Also be sure not to over prime before bottling. Good luck.

Current thinking among brewers hope is that the live yeast in the bottle may actually be preventing damage beer time.

If you want to keep your HB around the key is cooler and storage dar, avoiding aeration after primary fermentation is done and as a coach rightly points out, increased disinfection.

Normal homebrew keep for several months at least, and styles of high seriousness even more.
