Beer Damper

Barbecues are a lot of catching up with friends and family. They are the perfect way to celebrate special occasions and holidays or just a good excuse to get together with your closest friends and have a blast with beer and burgers. Follow my advice and you'll be a master artist for your next barbecue.

1. Check first if you're stocked up amazing food. It need not be complicated to be delicious. Burgers, hot dogs, barbecued chicken and steak entrees are great. Do not forget the hot dogs and veggie burgers for those who do not eat meat. For other side, make sure you get the potato salad, coleslaw and a salad. Keep the light of the desert with fruit and whipped cream, strawberry shortcake is another more important. You can also keep drinks and simple. Make sure you have plenty of cold beer, lemonade, iced tea and water.
2. Next make sure you have a large and varied selection of music for the BBQ. Keep your selection and optimistic light. You do not want to put a damper on the festivities.
3. Make sure you have plenty to entertain all ages. Young children and teenagers often get bored during these events, it is important to plan ahead. Fill up water balloons, to encourage more young people playing hide and seek and tag. You can also invest in chalk and board games. For older children and teenagers, make sure you Frisbees, footballs and other outdoor sports.
4. To entertain the adults, make sure you have lots of fun liquor to whip. Martinis and margaritas are fun. You'll also want to have fun games prepared. Get your fill of plastic poker chips , cards, horseshoes and bocce ball. It is sure to be a fun night for everyone!
