Beer Baskets

I will do business online gift baskets, etc. I would include wine and beer and snacks premade, nobody knows if I'll need a liquor license?

If you sell it, I suppose, yes.

You should check with your local office of the ATF. You do not necessarily have a personal license, but the company will probably have one.

If you sell them with wine and beer in them, you will need a license to sell ABC, pay sales tax to keep records, ensure minors are not buying. Best to forget this plan.
