Please help! I'm new to this, I have a picture but I do not know where to put! I read that I need to make a virtual CD and save it. How can I make?

A virtual CD is simply a virtual drive on your computer where the image can work with.
Download and use daemon tools lite
and mount the image onto your virtual drive.
