What I think you are referring to are called mini bottles here. They are sold in places like liquor stores or bars and some hotels have very well have them in their rooms for guests, for a price of course. I would check liquor stores first though

If you are looking to get a whole case of your local liquor store should beabl to order. I do my local liqour store take orders and order more if u tell them your havin a party and say what you want em. We did it when 1 of my friends returned from the Navy.

I saw them in almost every airport I was (and is much), I live in Las Vegas and almost every shop sells them here.

I saw them for sale in a very few liquor stores, but generally not the case. Try asking the clerk.

You can get in California ... But not in Oklahoma and many other states.
