Liquor, it seems, is as much a part of our lives as our organizers and our swivel chairs. But did you know that drinking alcohol moderately is one of the most effective ways to achieve good health? Studies show that a sip or two of red wine helps keep your heart healthy, relieves stress and increases your senses. So when used responsibly, the contents of a bottle of alcohol could actually extend your life!

Moderation? What?
While chatting on the internet or the office water cooler, the balloon term "liquor" is rarely mentioned. What's this? A bottle of alcohol is a large container with a flat collar. Usually, people store liquor in them. Although bottles of alcohol are often associated with alcohol abuse, moderate drinkers who use them can actually live longer. According to medical researchers, the "moderate" refers to one to three drinks per day. In addition, a study of 13 UK 12,000 male physicians found that moderate drinkers were less in danger of death. In addition, a Harvard study showed that moderate drinkers of alcohol is about 20% to 30% less likely to die than those who never drink alcohol. Clearly, it pays to tip your bottle of alcohol moderately!

Healthy Hearts, healthier bodies
Drink alcohol moderately reduces your chances of dying from a heart attack. The Honolulu Heart Study has learned that men who drank alcohol in moderation were 49% lower rate of coronary heart disease. In addition, a Harvard study involving 44,000 men showed that drinking alcohol moderately reduces the risk of coronary heart disease in men by 37%.

Your heart, however, is not the only body that happens to profit if you drink a reasonable amount of alcohol from your bottle of alcohol. Moderate drinking reduces your risk of suffering diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, high blood pressure, memory loss, hearing loss, and even cold!
