Alcohol Drinking LimitsWhy is it important for a healthy heart to stick to the limits when drinking? What happens if you get drunk?

Is it totally wrong to drink? If not, then it is always difficult to stick to the limits. It is the same for most people, even the health of those affected like me.

OK Alcohol is essentially a poison to the body, it will do you harm in the long term, it dehydrates the body that can hurt you in-house

Hello, if you're drinking alcohol, you should have red wine! red wine (or white) is less harmful to the liver, but ofcourse should drink every day .. skip a day or two to give your liver is ... I like red wine and I tend to drink on weekends only, i give my body to rest 5 days per week .. ofcourse your body does not know one day to another, it is wise to skip a day or two after your next drink (eg drink you Monday, you should not drink until Wed or Thursday)
so all in all, stick to red wine as the healthiest of alcohol because of its high flavonoid / bioflavanoid content and a high content of antioxidants than dark chocolate, but dark chocolate has Now it seems from most studies. ofcourse drinking alcohol, remember that your blood pressure and beats per minute, raise, so do not worry if this happens as it is normal ... drink plenty of water while drinking directly or after drinking to avoid dehydration. also, red wine tends to have fewer calories than other carbohydrates and alcohol, and ... stay away from beer and spirits! success
