I received a dui ca in Orange County. The judge ordered me to follow a program of alcohol. I was steady for several months until I am fired from my job and could not afford the classes. What is the penalty violate my probation?

No extensions or excuses accepted without a court order. You must ask the court for more time to complete the course.

It is not a violation of not complying with conditions of probation because of financial inability. You should go immediately to your probation officer (if you have one) or the Court, and explain the problem. Make sure you have proof of your financial situation to show that you are unable to pay, and proof of program you have been terminated due solely to lack of payment.
