Alcohol Advisory

I need to identify people who for one reason or another may not want to use a drug and alcohol advisory services, even if they or someone in their family had a problem. I want some ideas of how the best way to attract people from all cultures and religions, and any ideas how to promote this service in a community where there are large quantities of the stigma attached to this type of problem . any help appreciated.

I live in a society where the occasional use is tolerated and abuse is prohibited. the rules governing these issues are general and vague.

when you drink alcohol, we lose our brain message. Suppose if I want to urinate, I will not do it in public because my brain will give the message not to do if I'm drunk, I'm not going to get that message from the brain can i urinate public.
