Alcohol 120 1 9 6 5429

Alcohol 120 1 9 6 5429A bill banning alcohol advertising on television do you agree or disagree?

Section 1. No advertising for alcohol will be allowed on any commercial or noncommercial
television and radio stations.
Section 2. Advertisements will be defined as the sponsorship slots available during paid for all
profit or non-commercial television and radio slots broadcasting. Section 3. Enforcement will be through the Department of Justice Division 4. The ban takes effect July 1, 2007.
Section 5. All federal / state existing in conflict with this bill will be zero
and void.

I disagree, even your "Bill" is for the good cause and I do not drink either. It does not really make sense. You really can not ban advertising for alcohol, no television and other media advertising of alcohol is still everywhere. Come to a football stadium during a game and see what I mean. Instead of a total ban on television advertising, you can make them pay for the fight against drunk driving ads / organization ....

Yes I think they should advertise for booze.some of them are real funny. What is the problem that is not how it's shocking!

yep. do not smoke and drink.
Why should you get to stay (especially when it's imperfect ability to ... nothing)

This is a great idea!

Disagree.

I do not care ... but why they waste their time and taxpayer money on this kind of nonsense failed me ... I am 100% behind a bill banning all advertising hehe ..

Personally, I do not care ...

Alcohol really need to be advertised??

I do not think anything of this kind should be on TV!

The government involvement in the private sector is always a bad idea. When it also violates the rights of States, is even worse.

I do not have a view on this issue. When was the last time an advertisement of alcohol has never provided any useful information about the product? Three frogs croaking is no name for a beer ad interesting to me, but you must consider the public announcement, I guess. People will get their liquor in one way or another.

Disagree.

No advertising will not prevent people from abusing alcohol

Plus who would pay for the Super Bowl?
