Age To Serve Alcohol

Can you be a waiter in a restaurant that serves alcohol at the age of 18?

Ask the restaurant - sometimes you can be a server, but someone over 21 to process your orders alcohol. That's how they do here in New York, and I think it would be the norm.

You must be 18 years to serve / handle and 21 to drink. does that stink! What a tease. I was at the liquor store the AP last night, I'm 23 and the cashier was 18 and I carded. What a joke.
